HER FEARLESS FOCUS – Membership Terms and Conditions

Membership & Payment

Her Fearless Focus is a subscription-based digital membership that provides access to educational materials such as videos, guides, texts, audio content, and a private online community. Membership is personal and cannot be transferred, shared, or resold.

Price Options:
• Monthly: $37/month
• Quarterly: $100 (equals $33/month)
• Biannual: $180 (equals $30/month)

Membership renews automatically based on your selected plan. You may cancel at any time by submitting the cancellation form at https://herfearlessfocus.com/support at least two business days before your next billing date.

Members can switch between payment plans at any time. However, for 6-month memberships, plan changes are not permitted until the initial period has concluded.

If your membership renews and you no longer wish to continue, you may contact us within 48 hours to request a cancellation and refund. After this period, your plan will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

If a payment fails, our system will retry several times without charging additional fees. If payment is not received within 7 days, your membership and access to the platform will be paused. You may rejoin at the current rate.

Content & Access

Each month, you’ll receive a downloadable video or lesson that you can save and revisit anytime. Every Monday, an active member shares a supporting task, template, checklist, or guide. All resources can be accessed and downloaded from the course library.

You are responsible for downloading your monthly materials within two months of release. If you miss the window, you may contact support within six months to request download links.

You also gain access to the Masterclass Library, which includes additional educational content. This material is not downloadable and is available only while your membership is active.

Right of Withdrawal

Due to the immediate access to digital products upon purchase, the right of withdrawal does not apply to memberships.

Guarantee

We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email us within 10 days of your purchase, include a brief explanation, and we will issue a full refund within 7 business days.

To qualify for a refund, you must delete all downloaded materials and agree not to use or distribute them. Unauthorized use will be legally enforced.

Respect & Community Conduct

We encourage kindness, respect, and a positive atmosphere. If a member repeatedly behaves inappropriately, spreads negative energy, violates the values or rules of the membership, or is deemed not suitable for the community, we reserve the right to terminate their access without prior notice.

Removed members may rejoin after 6 months, provided they agree to follow the rules. Any remaining membership fees will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

Member Conduct

Members agree to use the Her Fearless Focus platform following all applicable laws and regulations. Any illegal or unauthorized use of the platform will result in immediate termination of membership and potential legal action.

Your Responsibility

While strategies provided by Her Fearless Focus do not guarantee bookings, we support members in using the provided content responsibly. Members are encouraged to engage with the community, seek feedback, and share thoughts.

Distribution of Material

Members can download and use materials for personal use only. They may not share, republish, or use them for educational or commercial purposes.

Platform Availability & Technical Issues

Her Fearless Focus is hosted on the Kajabi platform. In case of disruptions, we will extend access time as compensation, but no financial reimbursement will be provided.

Members are responsible for keeping their devices and browsers updated. We provide technical guidance for common issues but are not liable for individual tech limitations.

If Her Fearless Focus discontinues operations, members will be notified via email at least 3 months in advance. Any unused prepaid time will be refunded within 7 business days.

Usage Rights & Intellectual Property

All content is the intellectual property of Her Fearless Focus. Members are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

No material may be copied, shared, republished, resold, or used for training others without written permission. Any unauthorized use will result in termination and potential legal action.

Content-related questions may be asked in the private Facebook group and are primarily answered during monthly live sessions. All questions must be asked in English to ensure consistent and accessible support.

Our team responds on non-holiday weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. CET, typically within 1–2 business days.

Legal Terms

No Guarantee of Results: While strategies are designed to help grow your photography business, results are not guaranteed.

Liability Disclaimer: All content is provided “as is,” without warranties. We are not liable for any losses or outcomes from the use of this content.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failure due to circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or internet outages.

Service Modifications: We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time without notice. No price increases will affect active memberships. Members agree that Her Fearless Focus shall not be liable to them or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of any service.

Communication Consent

By becoming a member, you consent to receive communications from Her Fearless Focus regarding your membership, including promotional materials and updates. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email.

Storage of Information

We do not store your payment card details. All transactions are securely processed through Stripe, using PCI DSS-compliant encryption.

Your personal data (e.g., name, email, address) is used solely for membership-related purposes. By signing up, you agree to handle your personal information according to GDPR and applicable data protection laws. You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data (excluding transaction history, which must be stored for 7 years according to Swedish accounting law).

Jurisdiction & Agreement

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any legal disputes shall be handled in Swedish courts.

Her Fearless Focus is operated by Emelie Bernborg AB, a company registered in Sweden.
